Your personal data may be processed by us depending on the purpose of the processing

PROFILING

As part of the Service, we can automatically adjust certain content to your needs, i.e. profiling, using the personal data you have provided. Such profiling consists primarily of the automatic assessment of what products you may be interested in, based on your previous activities on the Internet, including those on the Administrator’s websites, and displaying product advertisements profiled this way.

The profiling we do, does not result in making decisions that have legal effects on you or affect you in a similarly significant way.

PROCESSING TIME

We will process your data only as long as we have a legal basis to do so, i.e. until:

• we are no longer under a legal obligation to process your data
or
• your objection to the processing of your personal data is accepted – if the basis for the processing of your data was the legitimate interest of the administrator or the data was processed for direct marketing purposes (including profiling).

DATA SECURITY – PASSWORDS

When processing your personal data, we use organizational and technical measures in accordance with the applicable law, including encryption of the connection with an SSL certificate.

If you have an account on the Service Website and you lose your access password in any way, the Service allows you to generate a new password. The administrator does not send a password reminder. The password is stored in an encrypted form in a way that prevents its reading. In order to generate a new password, you need to provide your e-mail address in the form available with the link “Forgot your password”, located next to the account login form on the Service Website. You will receive an e-mail message to the e-mail address you provided during registration or saved in your last account profile change, which will include a redirection to a dedicated form available on the Service Website, where you will be able to set a new password.

We never send any correspondence, including e-mails asking for login details, in particular for the account password.

YOUR RIGHTS

In addition, you have the right to request:

• access to your personal data,

• to have them rectified,

• to erase them,

• to restrict processing it,

• to transfer data to another administrator.

As well as the right to object at any time to the processing of your data:

COOKIES

Our Service, like most websites, uses the so-called cookies.
